I also appreciated the efficient database for managing services, which made coordinating a room change straightforward when I wanted to switch to a quieter area of the hotel.
I did notice that some corridors and certain rooms were showing signs of wear and tear, which slightly marred the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere. A little refresh would enhance the experience considerably.

Had a good stay here. We got satisfactory breakfasts with different tastes Indian-Asian-Western. Its location was magnificent, next to Casablanca and other eateries nearby like Al Baik. Tried some nice meals at Domino's, located a short way from the hotel🙂👌❤

I had a pretty decent stay during my city break! The reception staff was super friendly and helpful, which made a good first impression. My room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the amenities in the bathroom. Plus, the location is nice-close to some key areas though I didn't explore much.
I did encounter some issues. The A/C was really loud, and I had trouble with the key card; it didn’t work half the time! The food was okay but nothing to rave about, and some rooms definitely felt outdated. it could use some upgrades.

Tasteful and fairly clean place to stay in, it has courteous staff at the reception desk. The setting is magnificent and comfy, near other eateries nearby like Al Baik as well as the centre of the city. The place where you can eat relatively near the hotel is Oriental Restaurant.

The toasted sandwiches at the breakfast buffet were an absolute delight, crispy and flavorful! Plus, the gym equipment was more than adequate, perfect for morning workouts. The location was sweet, being close to laundry services and convenience stores.
We ended up in room 204 with a rotten smell, and it reminded me of sleeping in an aisle since it wasn't soundproof. The parking was a trek. I brought this up to the manager, but sadly, no refund was offered, an experience definitely more nice than desirable.

A good stay in Jeddah
I enjoyed my time in the Classic Junior Suite with its comfortable bed and a clean atmosphere. The staff were pretty good, always ready to assist.
I encountered a bit of a hiccup with the airport shuttle, advertised but not operating . It led to a stressful arrival.

The Classic Junior Suite offered excellent space and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a variety of tasty options, and the helpful staff contributed positively to the experience. The fixed windows prevented any fresh air, limiting. Sound insulation was a concern, as noise from the hallway disrupted relaxation at times. Charging mobile devices was inconvenient due to limited plug locations.
